HS-ZBJ Machine working method is cutting paper roll material according to the length, and roll up a little from the beginning until the entire paper segment is rolled, in winding process, paper stick two sides ends keep flush, so it is also called the straight winding machine.

Paper Cutting Machanism

Paper Stick Forming Mechanism
The rubber presses the cut shaped paper stick tightly on the shaping template and twist the paper stick into a predetermined diameter, the formed paper stick is sent out through the receiving conveyor belt

Gluing Mechanism
The state-of-the-art glue coating wheel efficiently accomplishes the precise application of glue, with the glue motor seamlessly adjusting and controlling the exact amount needed, ensuring the highest quality in every production cycle.

In preparing glue suitable for the paper stick machine, typically polyvinyl alcohol powder is dissolved in water, providing a robust and effective adhesive solution.
Manufacturing Method: Begin by mixing one part of polyvinyl alcohol powder with two parts of water. Stir uniformly and apply heat until a syrup-like consistency is achieved. When ready to use, simply combine one part of this melted glue with ten parts of water, mixing thoroughly. As polyvinyl alcohol is sugar-based, the resulting paper sticks are environmentally friendly, making them ideal for applications like lollipops and other edible products.
The sophisticated end-cutting process is executed by the accompanying machine, where cutting knives are installed on the holder as per the manufacturer's size requirements. Driven by a rubber wheel, they rotate and slice both ends of the paper stick with precision and smoothness.

Efficient Conveyor Belt Feeding Mechanism
After the paper sticks are expertly cut, they gently descend onto the conveyor belt positioned below. Here, they are smoothly transported to a box-shaped platform, ready for seamless collection and packaging.
