Paper Cutting Mechanism
The automated paper cutting roller precisely cuts the paper stick to the specified length, ensuring accuracy.
Note: As the paper's thickness dictates the stick's diameter, specifying the paper thickness is crucial before placing an order.
Standard paper thickness: Thin-axis paper stick: φ1.4-2.0mm, sourced from 30-50 gram paper (gram weight per square meter).
Thick-axis paper stick: φ2.0-3.0mm, crafted from 50-70 gram paper (gram weight per square meter).

Paper Stick Forming Mechanism
The rubber component securely presses the pre-cut paper stick onto the shaping template, twisting it to the intended diameter. The finished paper stick is then gently transferred via the output conveyor belt.

Gluing Mechanism
The meticulous glue coating wheel excels at applying the adhesive flawlessly, with precision adjustments and control facilitated by the dynamic glue motor, ensuring optimal application every time.

In general, polyvinyl alcohol powder is effortlessly dissolved in water to create the perfect blend for paper stick machine glue, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
Crafting Method: Begin by adding one part of polyvinyl alcohol powder to two parts water. Stir thoroughly and heat until it liquifies into a syrup. At the time of use, simply mix one part of this prepared glue with ten parts water. Given that polyvinyl alcohol is akin to sugar, the resulting paper stick is an eco-friendly option, suitable for lollipops and an array of other edible delights.

Conveyor Belt Feeding Mechanism
