HS-ZBJ Machine working method is cutting paper roll material according to the length, and roll up a little from the beginning until the entire paper segment is rolled, in winding process, paper stick two sides ends keep flush, so it is also called the straight winding machine.

Paper Cutting Machanism

Paper Stick Forming Mechanism

Important Note: Glue Application and Stick Manufacturing Considerations
Typically, polyvinyl alcohol powder is dissolved in water to create a flexible and effective adhesive, ideal for use in our paper stick manufacturing process.
Crafting Method: Begin by combining one part polyvinyl alcohol powder with two parts water, stirring until uniform. Heat the mixture to achieve a syrupy consistency. When ready to use, dilute one part of this syrup with ten parts water, stirring evenly. As polyvinyl alcohol is sugar-based, the resultant paper stick is environmentally friendly, perfect for lollipops and other consumables.
Precision end cutting is executed by our advanced machine, where the cutting knife is precisely mounted on the holder according to each manufacturer's specifications. Driven by a rubber wheel, the paper stick rotates for a flawless cut at both ends.

Conveyor Belt Feeding Mechanism: Streamlined Paper Stick Handling
Post-cutting, the paper sticks gently fall onto the strategically positioned conveyor belt, which smoothly transports them to the box-shaped platform, efficiently preparing them for collection.
