HS-XGJ-QSF full servo non-glue paper straw making machine is our latest innovation. It seamlessly integrates automatic paper connection, forming, cutting, and collecting. The CNC multi-cutter system crafts finished paper straws directly. These straws can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees (compared to the typical 70 degrees) and are environmentally degradable.

2. Innovative cutting knife system and new cutting cylinder structure make adjusting air cylinder travel for different mould diameters easier.
3. Optional: Select an automatic gluing station with feeding or a high-temp melting and disinfection module for coated paper (patented).
4. Equipped with a servo motor for left & right cutting system movement, supporting roller, and cutting knives.
5. Intelligent centralized monitoring; production data can be integrated into the user ERP system for efficient data collection.
6. Remote detection function enables internet connectivity for remote diagnosis and repair, simplifying after-service.
7. Automatic paper roll connecting feature includes a hanging bracket, auto splicer, and accommodates 3-4 layers.
