HS-HBJ-1400DL independent double station paper box making machine can make 2 different type of paper boxes at the same time, it can also start production independently. The completely separate design allows the entire machine toachieve independent gluing & forming, ensuring that there is no interference between the two stations, greatly improving production efficiency. This machine can be used to produce three-dimensional cardboard boxes such as hamburger boxes, packaging boxes, cake boxes, hardware boxes and so on.

Specific description

1. Paper food box making machine adopts imported electrical components, and the control system adopts a PLC programmable controller+touch screen man-machine interface. The new generation of three-dimensional carton machine features with stable quality, high efficiency. It can make 2 different type of paper boxes at the same time, it can also start production independently.
2.The completely separate design allows the entire machine toachieve independent gluing & forming, ensuring that there is no interference between the two stations, greatly improving production efficiency. 
3. Multi-functionality: able to manufacture different specifications of lunch box,  three-dimensional box, hamburger box, french fries box and other products on the same machine by just changing the mold.
4. The machine adopts water-based adhesive gluing device, which can achieve high efficiency and accuracy. The water-based glue is water-soluble adhesive for food-grade use (high safety). Eficient and accurate gluing, adjustable gluing position on the paper box, reasonable and compact design of the gluing device, stable operation,and easy cleaning.
5. Most of the machine adopts high quality sealed bearings, long life, good stability. The main mold is made of pine wood, and the replacement of the mold is highly efficient. Fuly automatic carton output, colection and stacking device, counter installation, convenient for customer packaging, reducing labor input. Also it can collect the stack and count the finished products automatically. It can avoid unnecessary harm caused by the contact between worker and operation mechanism during the production process.
