Typically, polyvinyl alcohol powder is dissolved in water to create a versatile adhesive solution suitable for paper stick machines.
Manufacturing Method: Begin by combining one part polyvinyl alcohol powder with two parts water; stir thoroughly and heat until it dissolves into a syrup. For usage, dilute one part of the syrup with ten parts water, mixing well. This process results in an eco-friendly paper stick that is ideal for food applications, including lollipops.
The precise end cutting is efficiently performed by the complementary machine. The cutting knife is mounted on the holder according to each manufacturer's specifications and, driven by a rubber wheel, rotates the paper stick to achieve smooth, even cuts on both ends.
