The HS-ZBJ Machine operates by precisely slicing paper roll material to the required length, then commencing a gentle roll-up until the entire segment is expertly wound. During this elegant winding process, the ends of the paper stick remain perfectly aligned, earning it the prestigious title of a straight winding machine.

Paper Feeding Mechanism
The method for securing the paper roll is distinguished into two models:
built-in type and outer frame type, depending on the paper roll's diameter.
The magnetic powder tension controller meticulously ensures the paper maintains adequate tension, crucial for flawless paper stick formation.

Paper Cutting Mechanism
The innovative paper cutting roller automatically slices the formed paper stick to the predetermined length, ensuring precision.
Note: The paper's thickness directly influences the diameter of the paper stick. Please specify the desired thickness when ordering.
Standard paper thicknesses: thin-axis paper stick: φ1.4-2.0mm, utilizing 30-50 grams of paper (weight per square meter)
Thick-axis paper stick: φ2.0-3.0mm, requires 50-70 grams of paper (weight per square meter)

Paper Stick Forming Mechanism
With precision, the rubber presses the cut paper stick firmly onto the shaping template and twists it to the intended diameter. The expertly formed paper stick is then efficiently dispatched via the receiving conveyor belt.

Gluing Mechanism
The glue application process is meticulously executed by the advanced glue coating wheel, ensuring precision in coating. The glue motor expertly adjusts and controls the amount of glue for optimal results.
Note: Glue and the creation process
Typically, polyvinyl alcohol powder is seamlessly integrated into water, forming a perfect blend for paper stick machine glue.
Creation method: Combine one part polyvinyl alcohol powder with two parts water, stirring thoroughly. Heat the mixture to transform it into syrup. When ready to use, mix one part of this syrup with ten parts water, achieving a homogeneous solution. This polyvinyl alcohol-based material is considered an eco-friendly sugar derivative, ideal for making paper sticks safe for applications like lollipops and other edible products.
The precise end-cutting process is efficiently performed by a specialized matching machine. The cutting knife, mounted on the knife holder, is adjusted to the specific dimensions required by each manufacturer. The rubber wheel powers the rotation of the paper stick, ensuring both ends are smoothly and cleanly cut off.

Conveyor Belt Feeding Mechanism
After being neatly cut, the paper sticks gently descend onto the conveyor belt situated below. They are then transported effortlessly to a box-shaped platform, awaiting collection.
